Student Profile

BFA serves an extremely diverse student population, ranging from straight-A honors students to those who struggle with one or more subjects. We also enroll students who need very flexible schedules in order to accommodate chronic illness or gifted students who are pursuing professional careers in sports or the arts. What all of our students have in common is the desire for individualized instruction to meet their unique situation.

Many students also come to BFA in order to accelerate their high school program and graduate early. With the assistance of their academic advisors, students map out semester, monthly and weekly plans of action designed to move them toward graduation. We believe that the planning skills that students learn here give them an advantage in organizing their subsequent college work or in their future careers.
