Student Positions in The Franklin Players

The Theatre Arts Program is organized after the model of a small professional theatre company. Students are “hired” into positions within the company based on interest and their readiness to take on the requisite responsibility. Students are “paid” for holding these positions with additional work-study credit. Each position is guided by a job description that students discuss and help revise at the end of each season.
