Timothy Etson recently completed his Eagle Scout project and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. For his project, he and some helpers built two safety barriers at an animal shelter. The barriers will allow dogs to move safely in and out of their cages at the shelter. Congratulations on your achievement, Timothy! |
