Annual Fund
The Annual Fund is essential to Ben Franklin Academy’s ability to provide academic
resources and meet school needs that go beyond what tuition alone can cover. The
success of our school is rooted in the strength of our community, and we are deeply
grateful to the steadfast supporters who help foster an environment where every student
can reach their fullest potential.
2025-2026 Annual Fund
Gifts to the 2025–2026 Annual Fund will directly support technology enhancements and
upgrades aligned with BFA’s STEAM initiatives. This includes investments in computer
hardware and software to enhance coursework, updated lab materials, and tools to
support teacher development.
In addition, the Annual Fund will continue to provide need-based scholarships through the
Wood Smethurst Scholarship Fund. This important program honors the legacy of our
beloved “Doc” Smethurst and upholds BFA’s commitment to academic inclusion, a
hallmark of our mission..
